'''Robert of the Evil Eye''' is a member of House Flambeau living as an eremite (solitary magus) in the Scottish lowlands. The common folk around his abode call him "witch-eyed Hob" in reference to his enchanted false eye.

= Reputations =

Despite that fact that Robert does not belong to a covenant, he is fairly well-known and respected, both in his House and in the Loch Leglean and Stonehenge Tribunals

* House Acclaim (Flambeau) 4
* Witch (local) 3

= Magic =

Robert fights according to the School of Apromor, so he's strong in Perdo magic.

He lost his right eye in combat while he was still an apprentice. Later, he replaced the missing eye with a black onyx stone that is enchanted as his Talisman. This is how he earned his sobriquet.

= Relationships =

Robert is aligned with the mainstream, Romanized magi of England and the Scottish Lowlands. He dislikes Highland magi and hedge wizards.

* Pater to [[Peregrine]]
