Randolph's faerie hound was offered as a boon for saving a Princess Muriel.  The Hound has the Inexorable Hunter power is from pg 31 of RoP: Magic. It basically means once the hound has picked up a scent, it won't lose it (for Sun Duration) unless the effect fails to penetrate.  Also the power is unreliable at best in a Divine Aura.
