The Weld is a fictional magical forest in Hampshire, between the North Downs and the South Downs. It's marked on our Google map.
In the early thirteenth century, the Weld is part of a royal forest. At one time, the covenant of Stranggore was located near the Weld and lay claim to vis sources in the forest.
