The Frozen Blade of Stranggore was created in the Summer of 1209 by Sandre.
It is activated when used in a stabbing motion, but can only be activated by those who have sworn the Oath of Stranggore.
When activated, if the attack hits it chills the target and drains 1 level of fatigue. This is a Perdo Vim effect, level 11: Base 4, +1 touch, +3 6 uses per day, +3 limited use. It has 0 penetration.
