Thomas is a PC grog, poacher from Lincolnshire whom Godwyn encountered in the story, Godwyn Sets Out. Thomas has been by Godwyn's side ever since, though more as an equal partner (partner in crime?) than most grogs are to magi.

Notable Features

Criminal brand; Godwyn frequently uses Disguise of the Transformed Image to hide the brand when Thomas is in public, so Thomas's facial appearance varies considerably from story to story. Dresses in huntsman's clothes and carries a bow.

Personality Traits

Thomas strongly dislikes Normans and has been known to risk his own hide just to annoy them. He has a certain contempt for authority and he's always looking for a way to make some easy money. Thomas has few friends and is usually uncomfortable around people; he's more of a loner. When he does make a friend, he can be surprisingly loyal.
