Lady Ciertina is a powerful dark faerie noble, sister and rival to Lady Bellantia. In the story The Shortest Day, Hywel, William Robert, and two grogs (Eustace and Randolph) thwarted her plan to make the night longer and longer until she could rule forever.

Lady Ciertina dwells in the Forest of Dean.
