Bill and Angus have been training the village milita since 1196. There are about a dozen able-bodied men, armed with quarterstaves and bill hooks. Bill is thier captain and Angus is his second.

They currently have a Greatweapon skill of 2 (18xp - 5xp practice under Bill and 13xp taught by Angus)
