Oswald's Haven
Oswald's Haven is a covenant of Anglo-Saxon wizards in the Yorkshire Dales. It was founded shortly after the Norman Conquest with the stated goal of preserving Anglo-Saxon magical traditions -- and, some say, the unstated goal of preserving the status of the Anglo-Saxon aristocracy and opposing Norman rule. For socio-political reasons it is a rival of Voluntas. Some members of the covenant have been sanctioned by the Quaesitores of the Stonehenge Tribunal for crossing the threshold of mundane interference.
Magi of Oswald's Haven get most of their vis from the wilderness. They are fond of hunting both the stag and the wild boar, which one day may lead to clashes with the Norman lords of Yorkshire.
The magi of Oswald's Haven get along well with magi of Horsingas in the Loch Leglean Tribunal.
