In Summer 1210, Hywel created a charged item, the Iron Stylus, that can create a Level 30 circular ward (R: Touch, D: Ring, T: Circle) against any sort of faerie. According to our house rules, circular wards don't need to penetrate.
To use the item, simply use it to scribe a circle on the ground. The stylus is hard enough to make an effective mark on earth, wood, or stone.
The covenant only has one of these, but Hywel has the lab text with which to create more.
