A famous flying device of the mythical Irish druid Mug Ruith, the Roth Rámach is a popular, frequently copied enchanted item in the Hibernia Tribunal. The Oared Wheel looks like a primitive wooden helicopter. The wheel, a typical wagon wheel with wooden blades affixed to each spoke, sits horizontally at the end of an eight-foot high pole. A large bench, wide enough for two regular people, is attached to the bottom of the pole. When the command word is spoken, the Roth Rámach flies through the air. The spinning wheel is cosmetic rather than an actual propellant; it is the magic that moves the Oared Wheel through the air.
