Marcus of Blackthorn

Marcus of Blackthorn is, like all his sodales, a member of House Merinita and an ally of the Unseelie fae.

Appearance and Demeanor

Marcus looks like a bearded Welshman in his mid-thirties. He is above average height, pale-skinned, with bewitching dark eyes. He speaks softly and evenly, choosing his words carefully, and makes few gestures. The overall effect is somewhat chilling.

Some Twilight Scar or other magical effect makes shadows seem to gather around Marcus.

Magical Powers

Marcus is reputed to be skilled in Mentem magic. His fae affiliations are unknown.

Encounters

The player-magi first met Marcus at the Stonehenge Tribunal of 1194. He acted as the spokesman for Blackthorn's delegation to the Tribunal, and received and entertained visitors. He was cordial and well-spoken but a bit formal.

Relationships

Marcus traveled to the Tribunal in the company of Otho and Mother Emma.
