Loudevine is a maga of House Merinita, affiliated with Blackthorn or one of its satellites (such as Blackrose. In the story The Rescue of Ozerk, she was maintaining a sanctum in the garden where Ozerk was held prisoner. Agnes found and retrieved a hat in Loudevine's sanctum made from the pelt a lynx -- most likely Ozerk's familiar.
