Duke Heshmesh

A distant and somewhat alien magical creature who takes human form and whose eyes reflect the light of a thousand unknown stars. He lives in a realm of night which is the only time he can be seen. He treats his stars like people and people like stars. He bears Gifts to his children, some terrible like Paul's twisting form and some beautiful like Stella. It's all a mystery.

He has sibling which are different and most would say are unkin, but this distinction again is lost on Duke Heshmesh.
