Harold the Barber is a descendant of Merewen who moved to Barstow in Autumn 1200 because Merewen was tired of tending to the grogs' wounds. He counts as a specialist for the covenant, though he lives in the village, not among the magi.
Personality
Harold is professional, but quite chipper. He doesn't let the misfortunes of others get him down. He's also very good at ignoring his patients' moaning or complaints.
